Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Blonde Roast

These are dry process Yirgacheffe beans, roasted just to first crack.  These are light brown in color and high in caffeine with a lighter taste.   These arabica beans are from regular commercial strains and are (almost) always available.

If you find most coffees 'too dark' or with too strong of a taste, this is for you.  You can use this for any brewing process, but pour over or aeropress is the best.
